Orange eye (Buddleja davidii or Buddleia davidii; also called summer lilac or butterfly-bush) is a shrub in the Scrophulariaceae family. It is native to northwestern China and Japan. It is widely used as an ornamental plant. It can be invasive in many countries and it is classified as a noxious weed by some.
