Description

These are annuals, evergreens, biennials and perennials. They are mainly edible vegetables i.e. cabbages and kales. They are fully hardy and will grow in a sunny position in fertile well drained soil. Lime rich soil is recommended though not essential. You can propagate by seed which are sown outdoors in the spring or under glass in early spring. They are susceptible to club root.
