Description

This species is an evergreen tree growing about 6m tall. The leaves are bright green and oval, with sharply toothed margins. The flowers are produced in small clusters of sweetly fragrant star-shaped white flowers which are borne abundantly in late summer and autumn; they are followed by small brown winged fruit capsules.
