Description

This species has long-running stems and kidney-shaped leaves. The fruit is large and smooth with a soft corky texture. This species has many varieties with very hard blue-grey or orange skins, including the gigantic show pumpkins. You will need to keep the fruits off the ground with straw when growing; this will prevent rotting.
