Description

This species of hawthorn is considered to be the toughest of the flowering trees. They will produce fragrant single white flowers which will open in late spring. The leaves have 5 to 7 jagged lobes, they are about 2inches long and will turn yellow-brown in the autumn. They will thrive in adverse situations. The fruits are small reddish and hard to see.
